Lost with Lucy
Renowned photojournalist and human rights crusader Lucy O'Bryan takes her kids on the trip of a lifetime, a soul-expanding journey into some of the most dangerous regions on the planet. Lucy cut her teeth as a photojournalist on the battlefields of Kosovo in 1999. Since then, there are few humanitarian hotspots she hasn't documented: Sudan, Bosnia, Nepal, Congo, Uganda, and Haiti are just a few of the stamps on her well-worn passport. She's built a global network of friends, accomplices, hired hands, and hired guns...the people who can get her where she wants to go and protect her while she's there. Lucy uses her warm personality and easy charisma to break down barriers and bridge cultural divides. How else would a single mother from Los Angeles have tea with a warlord in Sudan, slip past Chinese border guards in Tibet, or overnight in a crack house in Zurich?
